General Terms and Conditions - Hermes Apartments

1. General

1.1 These terms apply to all reservations and stays at Hermes Apartments, located at Rijksweg 141, Berg en Terblijt.

1.2 By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms.

1.3 Hermes Apartments reserves the right to modify these terms. The terms applicable to a booking are those in effect at the time of booking.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1 A reservation is only confirmed after you have received a confirmation from us.

2.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer or online payment service.

2.3 The guest will receive a confirmation with the reservation details after payment.

2.4 The guest is responsible for entering accurate information during the reservation.

3. Cancellation and Modification

3.1 Cancellation is possible under the following conditions:

Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation.

Within 7 days of arrival or for a no-show: 100% of the total trip cost.

3.2 Changes to the reservation are possible upon agreement and subject to availability.

3.3 No refund will be given for early departure.

4. Arrival and Departure

4.1 Check-in is available from 14:00. Check-out must be completed before 10:00.

4.2 For later arrival or early departure, the guest must notify us in advance.

4.3 Key handover takes place at the reception or according to the instructions in the booking confirmation.

5. House Rules and Liability

5.1 Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

5.2 Pets are not allowed.

5.3 Guests must avoid causing nuisance to other guests and neighbors. Loud noise is prohibited between 7:00 and 22:00.

5.4 The guest is responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents caused during their stay.

5.5 Hermes Apartments is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the guest's belongings.

6. Additional Services and Options

6.1 Hermes Apartments offers a breakfast service. Orders must be placed before 20:00 for delivery the following day.

6.2 Guests can use the secured, CCTV-monitored bike storage.

6.3 Parking is free for one car per apartment and for two cars in the 6‑person apartments.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 In cases not covered by these terms, Hermes Apartments will decide.

7.2 These terms are governed by Dutch law.

7.3 Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If that is not possible, the matter will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
