House Rules Hermes Apartments

🔹 Check-in & Check-out

✅ Check-in: between 14:00 and 20:00. Please let us know in advance what time you will arrive.

✅ Check-out: between 08:00 and 10:00.

🔹 Payments & Cancellations

✅ Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by booking type. Please check the terms when you make your reservation.

🔹 Deposit

✅ A cash deposit of €100 is required upon arrival.

✅ The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer after check-out, provided there is no damage to the accommodation.

🔹 Children & Beds

✅ Children of all ages are welcome.

✅ Cribs (0-2 years) are free and available upon request.

✅ The number of cribs depends on availability and the chosen apartment type.

❌ Extra beds are not available.

🔹 Age Restriction

✅ The minimum age to check in is 18 years.

🔹 Group Bookings

✅ For bookings of more than 2 apartments, different terms and additional fees may apply.

🔹 Payment Methods

💶 Cash payments

🔹 Behaviour Rules

❌ Smoking is not allowed.

❌ Parties & gatherings are not allowed.

🔇 Quiet hours: Between 22:00 and 07:00 we ask for silence.

🔹 Pets

❌ Pets are not allowed.
